Learning Mentor
Here at Northfold, we are lucky to have Mrs. Spencer who has taken on the role of learning mentor in the school.
The job of a Learning Mentor is to help the children overcome any barriers to learning they may have. This might be something like finding it difficult to get to school on time, coping with a parents’ divorce or just simply finding it difficult to access the lessons. Mrs. Spencer has also taken over the job of first day phone calls for absence. She has created a walking bus, where children can walk to school together safely.
We are required to identify the number of staff earning over £100,000. Nobody does.
